Cancellation Policy
We make every effort to fulfill all the Order's. However, please note that there may be certain order that Divnainhealthcare is unable to process; and reserve the rights to cancel or reject the acceptance of such ordersand decision of Divnainhealthcare in this respect shall be final and binding on the customer. The reasons include inaccuracies or errors in Products, pricing and any other wrong information, problems identified by our credit, fraud avoidance department or due to certain unforeseen reasons.
If an Order is cancelled due to any reason, either by the user or Divnain Healthcare, than the user can expect the order Amount to be refunded within 5 to 7 working days. The processing time for refunds typically includes verification and approval by the payment provider, followed by the transfer of funds back to the user's original payment method. While the process is usually smooth, the exact timing can depend on the user's bank or payment provider. It's recommended that users keep an eye on their account during this period to confirm the refund has been received.
Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your Product is cancelled. If your Product is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
The various Types of Cancellations would be
Cancellation on Non-Receipt of Payment
In case where the payment shall be made through CHEQUE/FINANCE/EMI, the delivery of the Product shall be initiated only upon the realization of the cheque clearance from finance/agent. In case of the cheque bounces, the Order will be Cancelled by Divnainhealthcare.
Cancellation due to Incorrect price & info.
In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a system error order information/Pricing, Divnainhealthcare shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any Order.
Divnainhealthcare reserves the right to cancel any order with due intimation to the concerned person, under situations where Divnainhealthcare is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed. As a part of these additional security measures, Divnainhealthcare might request customers to provide relevant supporting documents (Identity proof, Address Proof, etc). In case the requested documents are not shared with us,divnainhealthcare.com reserves the right to cancel the order entirely with due intimation to the concerned person.
Refend Policy
Returns are chargeable. As lovely as our products maybe, we understand that sometimes the products do not meet your expectations. In that case, we do provide returns as a service for a fee (return shipping).
Any missing product claims have to be supported with an unboxing video of the order. The customer must make a clear video of opening the box and unboxing all articles from it at the time when they first open the box.
Products can be requested for a return within 3 days of receiving the article.
Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 8 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, Divnainhealthcare reserves the right to deny future orders. In case of prepaid orders, Divnainhealthcare is not liable to refund the amount of the order if the order is refused or returned at doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will be chargeable additionally and will include two shipping and re-packing costs.
Returned orders to be packed and received in original condition. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.
